My walls are getting overcrowded with preschooler art. I have decided to scan as much into the computer as I can & photo the rest. This should seriously help storage issues as I will only keep samplings of the actual work. Here are the first few scanned in...
Have you thought about putting them in a photo book? I just got ours from Snapfish and we love how it came out!
ReplyDeleteToo cute...I could tell those were dog bones the minute they showed on the screen :) Cute idea!
ReplyDeleteI love your idea of scanning in his work! Wyatt shows talent :)
ReplyDeletevery surreal! You've got an artist there! Remember to back up the disk!
ReplyDeletewonderful memories of our children
ReplyDeleteI'm definitely running out of room under the guest room bed and the kids are only 2 and 5! I keep EVERYTHING. Love the idea of scanning and putting in a book on line. Love love. Great gift for grandparents too...too late for christmas but plenty of time for mom's and dad's day! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteok, I loved this so much I blogged and linked back to you. Hope you don't mind!....

I keep one document file per year of the children's artwork - you have to be ruthless otherwise you will drown in paper!!
ReplyDeleteBy the way, I think Wyatt is showing some definite creative talent there!
Merry Christmas from downunder :)
what a great idea to scan them for posterity.
ReplyDeleteYou've got a little budding artist there!
That is such a GREAT idea! I had never thought of that. The artwork is taking over our home so I've had to throw some away and hate doing that but this is such a great idea...thanks for sharing! And very good artwork, you may have some upcoming artists on your hands, hehe. Hope you and your family have a wonderful Christmas :-)
