They turned out great...well, I did not have any of the carrot cake (not my taste) but I was told it was yummy...and the second helpings showed it.

There were a few changes I made to the recipes:
Cheesecake - for the crust I used 1.5 times what was called for.
And the carrot cake - the store did not have pre-shredded carrots, so I bought whole sized and it took about 4 carrots to make the 4 cups called for.
