Our choices were Cabin Fever - What do you do or what are you looking forward to doing to escape the doldrums? OR Planning a garden this year? Tell us how you plan or prepare. Do you start your own seeds and how?
Garden? Well, I will be rearranging my front. The Black Eyed Susans & grasses have grown quite a bit and need to be thinned. So I'll be moving the excess to the backyard. But that is the extent of my planning. Well, I do hope that i don't kill any in the process, but I can't really call that "planning".
So doldrums it is! My escape pretty much falls in line with some of my plans for this year, mainly losing weight. I am looking forward to taking my bike in for a fix'er up session. Which may turn out to be a 'put it down' session. It is nearly 15 years old & wasn't exactly top of the line. This Giant Escape City bike would be great to replace it...

I can't wait to get out and start riding!
ReplyDeleteI still have my first mt. bike I got as a kid...still works great :)
me, me! I am!
ReplyDeleteI do love riding my bike. It took years for my husband to convince me to get one. Well, actually it was a friend who said, "Who wants to ride the Hilly Hundred?" What was I thinking when I said I would?!
That was 2003. I didn't even HAVE a bike. Last year I joined the local cycle club so I could ride with other people. And it was fun. Due to circumstances, I didn't ride as much as I was hoping. But this is a new year....
30-50 miles sounds like I might meet an early demise. But good luck to you, O Strong Woman! :D
